Eligibility Criteria for Calcutta High Court DEO and Other Posts
Educational Qualifications:
Data Entry Operator –
(i) Must have passed Madhyamik Examination of the West Bengal Board of
Secondary Education or its equivalent from a Government recognized Council or Board or Institution; and
(ii) Must have passed one year Diploma in Computer Application from recognized institution;
and
(iii) Must possess a speed of not less than 8000 key depressions per hour.

- Data Entry Operator: Pay Scale: 22700- 58,500/-
- System Analyst (Programming): 56,100 – 1,44,300/-
- Senior Programmer: 67,300 – 1,73,200/-

Calcutta High Court Assistant Registrar Vacancy – Age Limit (As On 01/01/2022)
- Minimum Age – Not Less than 18 Years
- Maximum Age – Not More than 32 Years
- Age relaxation – (Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years in case of S.C. and S.T. candidates of West Bengal only)

Calcutta High Court Notification 2022-22 – Selection Process
Candidates, whose applications will be found in order in all respect, shall be
The candidates shall be required to undergo a test in shorthand at the speed of
160 words per minute for 3 minutes. Full marks of the test is 480.
- In this phase the candidates shall be required to undergo a test in shorthand at the speed of 160 words per minute for 5 minutes. Full marks of the test is 800.
- The candidate will be given a further time of 10 (ten) minutes immediately after the completion of the dictation for verification of the outlines.
- After completion of the above mentioned time the candidates have to transcribe the dictation passage with the aid of computer within 20 (twenty) minutes.
